Dominic Baker has been trying to escape his hometown of Fostoria, Ohio, for all of his twenty-six years. His observations on small town life, relationships, herbal recreation and reality television have taken him across some of the midwest’s finest comedy clubs and watering holes. His raw and honest comedy earned him slots opening for April Macie, Frank Roche, and Duncan Trussell of Joe Rogan’s Deathsquad. He’s not for the faint of heart, but anyone who’s ever traveled off the grid a little bit will know exactly where he’s coming from.
Brad Wenzel is most known for his bizarre one-liner comedy. His unique style of writing combined with his dry delivery, leave audiences both entertained and sexually charged. Brad was only 16 the first time he stepped on stage and began doing stand up regularly in the Fall of 2010.
In just 2 years Brad has accomplished quite a bit. He was the runner up out of over 100 comedians in the “Trippin’ to LA” Contest at Joey’s Comedy Club for 2 consecutive years, Winner of the 2012 Laff Tracks “Big Money” Contest, the 2012 Last Rocket Standing Winner at the University of Toledo, and runner up in the “Clash of the Comics” at the Toledo Funny Bone.
Tom started doing standup in 1986. He traveled the eastern half of the country until his move to Los Angeles in 1993. After an appearance on “Saved by the Bell: The College Years” and four years of auditions, pitch meetings and writing sessions, he returned to Toledo.
In 2001, he made his first feature length independent film – www.inthecompanyofstrangers.com.
He also formed a professional improv comedy troupe, The Around the Bend Players, which has performed in the area for the last 13 years.
He’s back doing standup as a feature and headlining performer. Over the years, he has worked with hundreds of comedians including such luminaries as Gilbert Gottfried, Tim Allen, Larry Miller, Paula Poundstone, Bob Saget and local legend Chili Challis.
Mary Santora is one of the freshest new comedians in northwestern and northeastern Ohio. Her quick-witted, fast paced, observational style will keep you not only laughing out loud, but saying, “That is SO true.” to your buddies or those sitting near you.
Mary started stand up a mere eight months ago with Chili Challis’ dojo in Toledo, Ohio, playing shows all over North western ohio and south eastern Michigan. Some of her accomplishments include winning the Toledo Funny Bone’s Clash of the Comics Competition, placing third in the Toledo Funny Bone’s Clash of The Champions Competition, as well as performing in Grumpy Dave’s best of the Midwest competition and The University of Toledo’s Last Rocket Standing Competition. However, Dominating local open mics is not her biggest claim to fame. Mary prides herself on being one of the only comedians in the area that has boobs on purpose.

Like the song says, it’s a long way to the top, and Jake leaves no stone unturned as he moves up the comedy ladder, traveling far and wide in search of good times and new crowds to entertain. He’s opened for Dave Landau, Mike Dambra, Pablo Francisco, and been featured in the D-Tour Comedy showcase. A long time member of the Andrew Z in the Morning Show, Corey is not afraid of being the butt of a joke, making fun of himself or his life misfortunes.

Mark Frederick, six time Tour de France 38th place runner up, and “Reader’s Digest Funniest Man of the Last 13 Years,” was born in 1978, nine months after his mom and dad had some sex. Mark is married to a non-relative by the name of Nicole, and they have a daughter together, named Elyse. A little known fact about Mark is that he has this weird dislike for lettuce. Ask him. His denial only makes the truth more profound and sad. Mark has been doing stand-up for about eight months and he think it’s the absolute tits.
Mark, a long time champion for celibacy, started his rise to comedic glory doing it
the hard way: open-mics. His first time was at Tequila Sheila’s in downtown Toledo, then he’d make the 40 mile round trip from Toledo to Bowling Green and do more open-mics down there, perfecting his craft. Just a few weeks after that, he played the Funny Bone and was the funniest guy to take the stage. He even put together a showcase of comedians at Fricker’s in Maumee. Once a week, Mark and his friend Donny P. co-host the “Wednesday Night Live” podcast, where they share many laughs. And many more tears.
When Mark’s not campaigning and championing the cause for celibacy, which isn’t very often, he likes to spend time with his wife, his child, and talk to his dad, Mark Sr., who lives in California. Mark enjoys talking to all who will listen to the merits of celibacy.

Meghan O. Koesters, the ever-child, is best known for her weird sense of humor and collection of strange stories. She has been performing for most of her life as an actress, but recently took up the dark arts of stand up comedy. Koesters got her comedic start as a member of the Plastic Shatners, a short-form comedy improv troupe. Since then, she has taken the stage as a solo act and has performed at several local venues. She has participated in the “Best of the Midwest”Comedy Competition and the first “Stand Up Toledo” showcase. She prides herself on being one of the few female stand ups in Northwest Ohio. Though she has never been arrested, she imagines she is wanted in no less then 23 states, including Puerto Rico. The likelihood of her finishing her set without any casualties is unlikely, but it’s a risk she’s willing to take. http://okoesters.wordpress.com
